The third installment of the Burn To Shine series takes place in Portland. If you haven't heard of it before, they feature, over the course of a day, one song each from bands from that DVD's city. The catch is, it all takes place in a house that is headed for demolition at the end. As the DVD progresses, you learn the history of the house and why it's being knocked down. All the while, you get a snapshot of the city's music scene, as bands pass in and out, setting up their equipment in rickety living rooms.
I've only seen the 2nd one (Chicago) and loved it so much, I just ordered Burn To Shine 03: Portland, OR from Amazon.
