Crazy Christmas Mix: StorytimeCrazy Christmas Mix: Storytime
Day 17 in a crazy attempt to post 5 Christmas songs every day till Christmas
This post was totally inspired by that website a few years ago where you could listen to the audio of movies. It was really great, you could relive your favorite stories without the distraction of video while you work or drive. Here are some of my favorite Christmas TV specials in audio form. Throw it on while doing your last minute shopping or as a bedtime story.
- Audio for Charlie Brown Christmas (1965) [MP3] (18mb)
- Audio for History Channel Christmas Unwrapped (1997) [MP3] * (45mb)
- Audio for Muppet Family Christmas (1987) [MP3] (48mb)
- Audio for Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer (1965) [MP3] (45mb)
- Audio for How The Grinch Stole Christmas (1966) [MP3] (51mb)
* Highly Recommended
The Muppet Family Christmas is one of my favorites that I finally tracked down this year. It has the Muppets, Sesame Street and Fraggle Rock all in one big special (with plenty of sing-a-longs). The History Channel's special is also fantastic, opening your eyes to why we have Christmas trees, why the gentlemen of the olden days loved holly so much and other background stories on the traditions we know today.

WOW! What a fantastic post! Thank you very much -
